Power, Speed, & Plyometrics
This is a 4 week program designed to undulate during the week between STRENGTH, POWER and PLYOMETRICS.
Participants can expect to be challenged with the 3 times a week program using weighted resistance and bodyweight movements. Each week the program intenisifies through heavier weights or increased repetitions.
Upon purchase you will receive a PDF document outlining the training program over the course of 4 weeks.
The PDF will have hyperlinks that direct the participant to the movement library demonstrating how movements / exercises are to be performed.
